Assets
资产同时包含于公司代码和业务范围，所有资产的过账都要分配公司代码和业务范围

Asset Class
资产分类和账户组很相似，决定了相应的界面选择字段
不同的资产分类在资产负债表中不会显示在同一行里。

Asset Valuation
资产评估可有多种方法，根据不同的要求。

资产折旧

Account Determination
设定资产的折旧范围，以决定该资产折旧记到哪个科目下。
account assignment key将过账科目和折旧范围相关联

Group Assets and Subnumbers
复杂的资产可以用主号记录和子号记录来记载。

Lesson 2 Standard Accounting Transactions in Asset Accounting 

Lesson Objectives

Transaction Type
资产的PK码默认为70(借) 和75(贷)

Asset Transactions
资产过账有多种方法：
无供应商或采购订单的过账
有供应商，但没有参照采购订单
通过MM模块集成过账

Assets Under Construction
在建资产可用以下两种管理方式
1.如果启用了投资管理模块，可通过其功能进行管理
2.如果没有启用，则直接过账到资产模块

Asset Explorer
从4.6C以后版本，系统提供了资产浏览器，可以方便管理现有资产。

Lesson 3 Closing Procedures in Asset Accounting

Lesson Objectives

Asset Closing
资产关账
关账可被分为两部分任务，一部分是国家法律规定，另一部分则是企业需要。

首先，运行会计年度变更程序，新的会计年打开，然后就可以在新的会计年度中记账。
然后，年结程序将资产负债表科目及资产记录结转至新的会计年度并关闭原会计年度。
这两个程序并不是同时执行，年结程序在会计年度变更程序之后。

接下来，年初将运行调整程序以及资产折旧程序并更新总账。
